What you will do
- Perform functional verification and root cause design discrepancies for custom memory macros and compilers.
- Conduct signal integrity, EM/IR, and transistor-level simulations to validate timing and internal margins.
- Execute QA and validation checks to ensure the accuracy of timing and power models.
- Develop scripts to automate verification flows and data analysis.
- Support silicon debugs and correlate results to spice models.
- Collaborate with designers and leads to define and execute memory validation plans.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
- Experience with signal integrity, EM/IR, and reliability analysis.
- Proficiency in running simulators and writing automation scripts.
Nice to have
- Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models.
- Expertise in memory circuit design.
- Understanding of DFT schemes and chip-level integration.
