What you will do

• Contribute to memory design validation for custom memory macros and compilers.
• Perform functional verification, root cause analysis of design discrepancies, and implement resolutions.
• Conduct signal integrity, EM/IR, and transistor-level simulations to validate timing, power, and internal margins.
• Develop automation scripts for verification flows and data analysis.
• Support silicon debugs and perform correlation with spice models.
• Collaborate with memory designers and leads to define and execute validation plans.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
• Knowledge of signal integrity, EM/IR, and reliability analysis.
• Proficiency with simulators and writing automation scripts.

Nice to have

• Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models.
• Expertise in memory circuit design.
• Understanding of DFT schemes and chip-level integration.
