TL;DR

Senior IT Compliance Analyst (AI): Leading compliance initiatives and mitigating risk to ensure IT business practices align with organizational policies and frameworks with an accent on SOX, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Focus on utilizing AI-enabled tools for audit preparation, managing the full certification lifecycle, and designing effective security controls.

Location: Tysons, Virginia. Must be based in the US; sponsorship is not available. Employees work from the office 4 days a week.

What you will do

  • Lead compliance frameworks including SOX, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO 27001 to meet organizational requirements.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to support compliance assessments, audit preparation, documentation analysis, and ongoing control monitoring.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of SOC 2 Type 2 attestations and ISO 27001 certifications, from gap assessment to final reporting.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement and improve IT processes, policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Respond to security questionnaires from partners and customers and maintain the company's IT policy library.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of SOX ITGCs, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for compliance, risk management, and audit activities.
  • Proficiency with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC, Drata, Vanta, or OneTrust.
  • Must have valid US employment authorization; sponsorship is not provided.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or a similar program preferred.
