What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Security Engineering team based on transparency and trust.
• Define and implement the strategy for hirify.global’s application security program to mitigate emerging threats.
• Leverage AI to improve the efficiency of team processes and the overall maturity of the security program.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to assess acceptable risk levels and ensure secure product development.
• Provide expert feedback on product offerings and act as a customer voice during development.
• Represent hirify.global as a security thought leader in public forums.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in engineering-driven security.
• Deep application security expertise with a focus on SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and security tooling including SAST and DAST.
• Ability to analyze security risks considering both business and technical impact.
• Must be based in the United States.
