What you will do

• Collaborate with project managers to determine and define CRM requirements.
• Develop and implement customized solutions, applications, and interfaces within the Salesforce platform.
• Manage development goals and create delivery timelines for CRM projects.
• Perform stability testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to ensure high application functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and the architectural Wiki catalogue.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the application software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in software development and building customer-facing interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Aura, VisualForce, and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines.
• Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with SFDX for managing code and configuration as code.
• Proficiency with Git, including advanced branching strategies.
• Experience in automated testing of Salesforce customizations.
