What you will do
- Drive performance excellence by partnering across BI, Product, Field Operations, and Clinical Strategy to solve performance issues.
- Own the end-to-end execution of the Objective Steering Committee (SteerCo), setting agendas and tracking accountability against KRs.
- Monitor and pressure-test organizational progress to identify performance gaps before they become critical risks.
- Utilize AI tools to synthesize market data and provide competitive benchmarking within the Value-Based Care landscape.
- Develop high-level executive briefings, memos, and slide decks for the Chief Performance Officer.
- Curate and maintain a validated library of performance results and internal case studies.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent degree is required.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience at an MBB or Big 4 management consulting firm.
- 2+ years in fund research, equity analysis, or investment banking.
- AI-First Mindset: consistent use of LLMs and AI tools to enhance professional output.
- Data Mastery: high proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex formulas and algorithms.
Nice to have
- Expertise in narrative design and storyboarding for high-stakes executive presentations.
- Knowledge of Value-Based Care (VBC), including MLR, Total Cost of Care (TCoC), and risk-adjustment models.
- Experience analyzing public company earnings calls and 10-K/Q filings.
- PhD or similar academic background in information architecture or research.
