hirify.global is looking for a high-performing Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our marketing operations.

What you will do

• Create high-quality graphic design and marketing materials.
• Manage and execute social media content and campaigns.
• Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Handle basic data entry and marketing support tasks.
• Ensure fast turnaround times with high-quality output.
• Work independently and proactively without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, graphic design, and digital advertising.
• Strong skills in creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience managing social media ads and campaigns.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently.
• Highly self-managed and proactive (minimal oversight required).
• Strong attention to detail (no careless errors in output).
• Ability to follow instructions and execute with precision.
• Comfortable handling multiple marketing functions in one role.

Culture & Benefits

• Full Time (35 hours or more per week).
