TL;DR

Bid Coordinator (Fintech): Supporting the IP&I Bid Team in delivering high-quality, compliant responses to surveys, RFPs, and proposals with an accent on coordinating end-to-end bid activity and ensuring smooth coordination of all bid activity. Focus on managing multiple live opportunities, supporting Bid Managers, and escalating risks early.

Location: Hybrid Working, at least two days per week in Edinburgh office.

Salary: £40,824 to £45,360

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end bid activity from kick-off through to submission, tracking progress and escalating risks early.
  • Complete surveys and questionnaires and support the compilation of RFP content.
  • Collate and format responses using content libraries and coordinate graphic design input.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and own specific project deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Confidence with large data collation and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive mindset and confidence to call out risks to delivery.
  • Enthusiasm to grow, learn and contribute to team success.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Qvidian and MSD platforms.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in bid coordination or bid management.
  • Knowledge of workplace savings or pensions.
