What you will do

• Define a clear vision for supplier & site data led experiences, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and partners to set the strategy and define the roadmap.
• Lead discovery work to identify high-impact opportunities and new problem/opportunity areas that deliver measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with analytics, user experience, design, research, and engineering teams to validate assumptions and ensure experiences are reliable and effective.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features from concept through production, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Be accountable for the performance/adoption of your product and work towards increasing it while relentlessly measuring and communicating value created to all stakeholders.
• Effectively document and explain new requirements to the engineering team using user stories, personas, and acceptance tests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with experience in managing technical / backend products such as APIs, or complex data structures.
• Clear understanding and experience of product management, including standard methodologies and agile working processes.
• Experience working closely with engineers and consumers on complex, data-driven products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at senior levels.
• Technically literate and competent to influence and understand the solution context and approach.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and teams across the business.
