What you will do

• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to identify and prioritize high-value experiment opportunities.
• Partner with analytics specialists to define test hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails.
• Manage the end-to-end pipeline of A/B tests from ideation to implementation.
• Communicate complex test results to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable format.
• Quantify incremental value in collaboration with Finance to scale successful customer improvements.
• Champion a data-driven culture of continuous learning across product areas.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience running digital experimentation, specifically A/B testing and associated methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Confidence in using data to inform decisions and uncover actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse functions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative nature with a drive to enhance customer experiences.
