Location: US-based — Chicago (hybrid, 3 days a week in-office) or remote for New York or Boston

Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience), plus eligibility to participate in a performance-based bonus program.

What you will do

• Build across both layers of the AI agent fleet, including autonomous agents and rep-assisted tools.
• Identify high-value problems in the sales organization and propose AI agent solutions.
• Test, measure, and iterate on AI agent performance using real merchant data.
• Mine call transcripts for agent inputs to improve agent design and performance.
• Document and maintain AI agents, tracking performance and improvements.

Requirements

• A degree from a top-tier university in computer science, data science, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience building an AI agent or automated workflow, with the ability to explain the design, implementation, and iterations.
• Technical capability to build using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) and Python or equivalent.
• Commercial curiosity and an understanding of how businesses make money.
• Rigor with data and the ability to build measurement frameworks.
