What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from planning and execution to closure.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and track project expenses.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while reporting progress to management.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in budget control, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, cloud solutions, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • English: Professional proficiency required for stakeholder communication.
  • Leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
