What you will do

• Own the execution layer by managing sprint planning, milestone tracking, and risk identification across multiple product teams.
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, LiveOps, and Data teams to ensure alignment.
• Audit workflows and implement lightweight, scalable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Proactively explore and implement AI tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate team output.
• Maintain operational reporting layers, including dashboards and status updates for leadership.
• Own the division’s PM tooling stack and ensure configuration supports team efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Must be based in Barcelona and able to work on-site.
• Proven track record of redesigning workflows to improve team velocity.
• Deep, hands-on Jira expertise including configuration and workflow best practices.
• Genuine interest and experience in applying AI tools to real team workflows.
• Excellent written communication in English for team and leadership audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with automation scripting (Python basics) or no-code tools like Make or n8n.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Firebase, or GameAnalytics.
• Experience working in a multi-game or multi-product environment.
