What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and upsell additional products.
  • Track and analyze customer performance data, focusing on personalized engagement strategies.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns for your portfolio of clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and growing B2B accounts, particularly with Tier 1 and 2 clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry and familiarity with product offerings.
  • Strong commitment to delivering personalized, top-quality service and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track customer performance, identify trends, and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
