TL;DR

Account Manager (Igaming): Managing and maintaining relationships related to retail sportsbook operations with an accent on smooth communication, aligning on requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of retail solutions. Focus on understanding client needs, developing and executing account strategies, and providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Location: Zagreb, Croatia. A quarterly presence in Bucharest will be necessary. Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule after your first three months.

Salary: starting from 3.200 EUR onwards (gross/brutto1).

What you will do

  • Provide ongoing Account Management to assigned clients, representing hirify.global and taking full ownership of your portfolio.
  • Manage operational issues, acting as an internal advocate for the client.
  • Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reporting, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to your clients.
  • Support the product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective.
  • Monitor market trends and have a general overview of what products are good in different regions of the world and present this internally driving action.
  • Be literate and curious with regards to data, run tracking, reporting and analysis of KPIs.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in online gaming and a good understanding of the industry.
  • A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within the industry, ideally within a relationship management or commercial role.
  • Strategic and business-driven.
