Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and de-escalate issues.
  • Experience with product adoption and churn reduction strategies.
