TL;DR

What you will do

  • Analyse and advise on inefficiencies across GTM and marketing ops workflows, recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Build and automate lightweight and heavy automations and integrations using Python, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Manage data integrity, build workflows, and support revenue and marketing teams within Salesforce.
  • Act as a bridge between technical engineers and non-technical marketing or commercial stakeholders.
  • Use LLM-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and explore new capabilities.
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve the tech stack.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and light automation.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data across relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Matomo, Zapier, Pipedream, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar hybrid technical/business role.
  • Experience working within or alongside a marketing, growth, or GTM function.
