What you will do

• Design and implement high-quality user interfaces and interaction patterns.
• Translate UX and visual design specifications into robust, reusable front-end components.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to refine requirements and validate technical feasibility.
• Develop, extend, and maintain shared UX frameworks, design systems, and tooling.
• Implement strong front-end software development practices, including automated testing and performance optimization.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve user experience and personalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years (Master's) or 5+ years (Bachelor's) of professional experience in front-end or UX software development.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to translate UX and visual design requirements into accessible, performant interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience owning end-to-end UX implementation for complex user journeys.
• Depth in building and scaling design systems or shared component libraries.
• Proven track record of using quantitative and qualitative data to inform UX development decisions.
