Web Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Toronto, ON, with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $130,000 – $195,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location/zone)

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant financial products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Drive feature development from initial design and inception to final production launch.
• Build internal frameworks and abstractions to accelerate development and support operations across the company.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to iterate on and ship complex trading interfaces.
• Establish and advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and debugging.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional full-time experience in modern Web development.
• Strong expertise in debugging and writing JavaScript for both Node and browser environments.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
• Ability to work in-person 3 days per week in Menlo Park, New York, or Toronto.
