Salary: $153,000 - $230,000 USD (based on compensation zones).

• Own and deliver medium to large-scale infrastructure projects that support web development.
• Build and maintain performant tooling for CI/CD, build systems like Bazel, and local development environments.
• Partner with product engineering teams to identify and resolve frontend infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Optimize the performance, stability, and observability of the web platform and deployment pipeline.
• Drive initiatives that improve developer velocity and satisfaction across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on infrastructure, tooling, or platform engineering.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience working on frontend infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or internal tools.
• Demonstrated ability to improve engineering productivity through technical solutions.
• Ability to work in complex developer ecosystems with large stakeholder groups.
