What you will do

• Run and animate the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new hires globally.
• Create an exceptional new hire experience.
• Own and animate the company-wide L&D calendar.
• Own French regulatory training obligations.
• Build the internal knowledge and enablement system.
• Partner across the company.

Requirements

• Experienced in program management, L&D, learning design, behavioral psychology or product operations.
• You have a working understanding of the Plan de développement des compétences, OPCO funding mechanisms, and CPF obligations.
• You care deeply about the experience people have when joining a company.
• Strong presentation skills.
• You're genuinely excited about using AI to reinvent how organisations learn and onboard.
• You speak French and English fluently.
