Location: Hybrid work model with a strong on-site presence at our Belgrade office (3 days per week).

What you will do

• Define and drive the frontend platform strategy, architecture, and long-term vision.
• Establish and evolve standards, patterns, and best practices for frontend development across teams.
• Act as the technical and functional leader for the frontend ecosystem across the organisation, shaping how frontend engineering is done at scale.
• Own and improve frontend developer experience (DX) across the organisation.
• Build and maintain shared libraries, design systems, and internal tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong frontend focus.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js, Svelte).
• Proven experience building or contributing to frontend platforms, shared libraries, or tooling.
• Strong experience with monorepos (Turborepo, PNPM, Nx, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with frontend CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vite/Webpack/Rollup).

Nice to have

• Experience setting up or leading a frontend platform or enablement function.
• Experience delivering and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
