What you will do
- Build AI agents that understand component relationships and automatically implement accessibility features.
- Develop linting, automated testing, and platform tooling to enable product teams to ship accessible features by default.
- Define and scale accessibility systems and infrastructure to maintain high standards as the product grows.
- Collaborate across product organizations to shape global patterns and standards for accessibility.
- Remain hands-on with the codebase, building and shipping tooling directly to production.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in web accessibility and comprehensive knowledge of WCAG standards.
- Experience building frontend platform tooling, linting, or testing infrastructure used by other engineers.
- Proven experience implementing AI agents in production engineering workflows.
- Strong production depth in React and TypeScript.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define solutions for undefined problems.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between engineers and accessibility specialists.
Nice to have
- Production experience building AI agents that operate on code or product surfaces.
- Contributions to the accessibility ecosystem or frontend open-source tooling.
- Experience working with dedicated accessibility specialists, user researchers, or assistive technology users.
- Familiarity with accessibility programs at large-scale companies.
