TL;DR
Software Engineer (Healthcare IT): Developing and integrating healthcare product, Columna CIS, an advanced Electronic Medical Record system used across Danish hospitals with an accent on integration and core product development. Focus on applying healthcare standards such as HL7 FHIR and ensuring robust security through authentication, authorization, and secure communication.
Location: Hybrid setup: office in Bucharest and remote work. Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects

What you will do
- Drive complex development tasks within integration and core product development.
- Collaborate closely with architects, testers, and developers in a Scrum setup.
- Apply healthcare standards such as HL7 FHIR and medical classifications.
- Ensure robust security through authentication, authorization, and secure communication.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Software Development or related field.
- 4 years+ of experience as a Software Engineer / Full-stack Developer.
- Solid experience with Java and FE technologies and integration development.
- Strong knowledge of security aspects (authentication, authorization, secure communication).
- Experience with software architecture and distributed systems.
- Must be able to present a clean criminal record.
- Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects.
- English proficiency is required; travel days are minimal.
