What you will do

  • Manage game positioning and visibility in the South African lobby to meet commercial objectives.
  • Schedule and maintain promotional banners and in-lobby content ensuring local relevance.
  • Configure game settings and parameters in alignment with local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding lobby management and game releases.
  • Analyze lobby performance and player behavior to drive data-informed improvements.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams on testing, feature rollouts, and navigation improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in online casino games, specifically in lobby management, operations, or content optimization.
  • Strong understanding of the South African igaming market and player behavior.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for working with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Must be eligible for a South African employment contract.
