What you will do

• Implement interactive content vision and roadmaps based on market trends and customer insights.
• Manage production workflows from ideation to final release, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate between curriculum, product, and leadership teams to align content with educational objectives.
• Optimize content iterations using engagement and retention metrics provided by data teams.
• Manage production budgets and balance in-house and outsourced production efficiency.
• Improve team efficiency by implementing best practices, guidelines, and streamlined workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in digital media, gaming, or interactive content.
• Solid understanding of game production pipelines, scheduling, and milestone execution.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as GitHub, Trello, or Miro.
• Ability to use data-driven insights and metrics to inform production decisions.
• Fluency in English (C1+) for effective asynchronous and spoken communication.
• Right to work in Spain or willingness to relocate to Spain.
