What you will do
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media.
- Use service desk tools to record, track, and escalate customer issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and guide customers through self-service knowledge base solutions.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously while following up with internal teams.
- Adhere to company SLAs, performance standards, and internal procedures.
- Work on rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night rotations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Mbombela (Nelspruit).
- Experience in the online gaming or sports betting industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with support platforms such as Freshdesk, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle demanding customers.
