What you will do

• Assist with studio setup and strike, including cabling and equipment positioning.
• Support technical and production teams during live broadcasts.
• Assist with floor management, timing, and cueing.
• Maintain studio organization and readiness.
• Support presenters, analysts, and guests.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent production requirements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in media, events, or production environments.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and irregular hours (including weekends).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in live TV, events, or sports production.
• Basic understanding of broadcast equipment.
• Interest in technical production roles.
