Salary: $94,000–$111,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the planning, production, and technical execution of live and recorded digital events.
• Serve as a technical producer managing run-of-show, speakers, and production systems.
• Configure and operate professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, switchers, and encoders.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and HR.
• Edit and package event recordings while identifying opportunities for quality improvement.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• 3+ years of experience producing digital, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Strong technical knowledge of livestreaming solutions and video signal flow.
• Hands-on experience with professional video production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot live technical issues under pressure.
• Two-year post-secondary program or equivalent experience.
