What you will do

• Inspire and mentor a team of designers to craft intuitive, evidence-led digital experiences across platforms.
• Shape design strategy that influences product roadmaps and aligns with core business objectives.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure design solutions meet technical, business, and user needs.
• Drive innovation using design systems, AI tools, and motion principles to create seamless app experiences.
• Track CX KPIs and translate customer insights into actionable improvements through research and collaborative workshops.
• Own design quality and ensure accessibility standards are met across complex, end-to-end customer journeys.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital products across responsive web and native mobile applications.
• Experience leading design teams across multiple workloads and complex, fast-paced initiatives.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including scalable templates, advanced prototyping, and component libraries.
• Mastery in accessibility, user research methods, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Usertesting.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence skills to champion design strategy at a senior level.
• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to London or Leeds 3 days per week.
