TL;DR

Senior User Acquisition Manager (Marketing): Managing and optimizing high-budget performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with an accent on ROI, data-driven decision-making, and scale. Focus on hands-on execution, budget management at scale, and cross-functional collaboration to drive aggressive user growth.

Location: Must be based within approximately ± 4 hours of CET (Central European Time)

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of campaign execution, performance delivery, and budget management for monthly ad spends exceeding $500K.
  • Work daily inside ad accounts to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns autonomously.
  • Collaborate with Creative Managers to source and test high-performing creatives based on data.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to monitor funnel performance, attribution, and cohort behavior.
  • Maintain disciplined UA processes, reporting standards, and performance review cadences.
  • Take full accountability for KPIs including CPA, ROI, and spend efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian language proficiency required
  • Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET
  • Proven experience managing $750K+ monthly advertising budgets as a hands-on manager.
  • Deep, practical expertise in Meta Ads and strong Google Ads skills (UAC and search).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work deeply with performance data.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
