What you will do
- Own the concepting process and write detailed creative briefs for performance ads.
- Conduct continuous competitive intelligence using tools like AdHeart and Sensor Tower.
- Partner with UA teams to analyze ad performance and refine creative strategy.
- Draft high-conversion narratives and scripts for diverse market development phases.
- Collaborate with video editors to ensure creative output aligns with strategic goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or performance marketing, preferably in mobile apps or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, positioning, and market maturity assessment.
- Proficiency with ad intelligence tools to reverse-engineer competitor funnels.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate research and scripting workflows.
- Must be located in Poland or Belarus.
