What you will do

• Partner with editorial, creative, product, and engineering teams to identify and define testable AI opportunities.
• Build and iterate AI prototypes in rapid 2–6 week cycles to prove viability.
• Design lightweight agentic workflows that integrate models, tools, and human review steps.
• Analyze experimentation results and translate technical findings for stakeholders.
• Develop practical demos and thin-slice experiences to make AI concepts tangible.

Requirements

• Experience building AI/ML-powered products, prototypes, or systems handling unstructured content like video, audio, or images.
• Understanding of modern AI tooling, including multimodal models, OCR, speech-to-text, and workflow automation.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Strong judgment to keep scope lean while ensuring high-value delivery.
• Must be able to work on-site in Osterley, UK, 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with media, broadcast, or content operational tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Exposure to evaluation and prototype measurement in AI products.
