Solutions Director (AI): Crafting and positioning AI-enabled software, cloud, and data solutions for enterprise clients with an accent on solution architecture, generative AI, and measurable business value. Focus on leading discovery and pre-sales engagements, designing proof-of-concepts and reference architectures, and aligning stakeholders across sales, delivery, and engineering.

What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop enterprise client relationships through AI innovation.
- Lead client discovery, workshops, pre-sales engagements, proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
- Identify client challenges and design tailored AI, software, cloud, and data solutions with measurable business impact.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, reference architectures, and actionable solution roadmaps.
- Align early-stage delivery with pre-sales and collaborate with software, data, AI, design, engineering, and Finance teams.
- Help grow the AI practice by shaping innovation, approaches, case studies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, ideally in consulting, pre-sales, or technology account development.
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native software engineering practices.
- Experience with generative AI, foundation models, RAG, agents, and evaluation suites for real-world applications.
- Strong understanding of AI, data pipelines, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Working proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience engaging VP- and C-level enterprise stakeholders, shaping deals, and clearly communicating business value.
