TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist: Providing professional technical assistance for B2B e-identity SaaS solutions with an accent on ticket management, issue troubleshooting, and system validation. Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a hybrid position requiring regular office attendance.

Salary: 2300–2750 EUR/month gross.

What you will do

  • Provide professional assistance to B2B customers via ticketing systems and phone.
  • Log, validate, and categorize support requests with a focus on timely resolution.
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues using systematic problem-solving methods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
  • Maintain and update internal and customer-facing support documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training to represent the company with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Right to live and work in the EU is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to delivering value-driven support in a customer-oriented role.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a tech company.
  • Familiarity with help-desk systems.
  • Proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal) is highly appreciated.
