What you will do
- Process face-to-face and email communications with clients.
- Manage cash register documents and execute cash deposit/withdrawal operations.
- Conduct trading operations involving precious metals.
- Provide expert consultation on e-commerce and financial service offerings.
- Introduce new company products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Integrate AI tools, such as ChatGPT, into routine tasks to boost productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in handling cash transactions and general customer service.
- Must be located in Lithuania for in-branch operations.
- Language proficiency: Lithuanian, Russian, and English are required.
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Experience with AI tools for process automation.
- Financial or economics education is considered an advantage.
