Salary: 1200–1850 EUR gross

What you will do

  • Process face-to-face and email communications with clients.
  • Manage cash register documents and execute cash deposit/withdrawal operations.
  • Conduct trading operations involving precious metals.
  • Provide expert consultation on e-commerce and financial service offerings.
  • Introduce new company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Integrate AI tools, such as ChatGPT, into routine tasks to boost productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience in handling cash transactions and general customer service.
  • Must be located in Lithuania for in-branch operations.
  • Language proficiency: Lithuanian, Russian, and English are required.
  • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with AI tools for process automation.
  • Financial or economics education is considered an advantage.
