• Coordinate filming schedules, logistics, and crew bookings across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Handle production administration, including call-sheets, risk assessments, and tracking budget-related tasks.
• Support the production lifecycle through footage logging, archiving, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across news and regional teams to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Solve operational challenges on-the-fly to maintain smooth production workflows.
• Adapt to shifting news priorities and contribute to content experimentation and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple simultaneous production projects.
• Solid understanding of digital and TV production workflows and editing processes.
• Ability to manage contributor, crew, and location booking requirements.
• Meticulous approach to record-keeping and metadata documentation.
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends to support always-on news coverage.
