Salary: $27.20 – $33 USD/hour, depending on location and zone.

What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Handle complex inquiries regarding equities, margin, and options trading.
• Act as the voice of the customer to identify and communicate service improvements.
• Develop deep subject mastery of financial products and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve user issues and improve product workflows.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses are mandatory.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment.
