What you will do

• Build and iterate on predictive and causal models for incentive targeting.
• Design experimentation frameworks to measure incremental impact and ROI of promotional programs.
• Optimize incentive allocation algorithms under budget and policy constraints.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Engineering to inform growth strategies.
• Monitor production ML systems and propose algorithmic improvements.
• Influence the long-term vision for growth modeling and personalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience applying ML in production.
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Experience with Airflow and production pipelines.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into measurable algorithmic solutions.
