Salary: $96,000 – $145,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do

• Oversee daily production and performance of the Customer Protection fraud investigation team.
• Mentor and guide team leads, SMEs, and investigators to ensure quality and career development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and FinCrimes teams to enhance fraud detection workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, coach on call quality, and ensure strict adherence to department SLAs.
• Manage escalations and provide subject matter expertise on fraud typologies and investigative methods.
• Participate in on-call rotations to handle urgent fraud matters.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Denver, CO or Westlake, TX.
• Requirement: Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud operations or similar investigative roles.
• 3+ years of direct supervision experience scaling and maturing teams.
• Foundational understanding of fraud laws, regulations, and financial services typologies.

Nice to have

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent certification (CAMS, CFCS).
• Securities license.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Prior experience in the tech sector or brokerage industry.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency investigative techniques.
