Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Denver, CO or Westlake, TX (4 days per week in-office required).
Salary: $96,000 – $145,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do
- Oversee daily production and performance of the Customer Protection fraud investigation team.
- Mentor and guide team leads, SMEs, and investigators to ensure quality and career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and FinCrimes teams to enhance fraud detection workflows.
- Monitor KPIs, coach on call quality, and ensure strict adherence to department SLAs.
- Manage escalations and provide subject matter expertise on fraud typologies and investigative methods.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle urgent fraud matters.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Denver, CO or Westlake, TX.
- Requirement: Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in fraud operations or similar investigative roles.
- 3+ years of direct supervision experience scaling and maturing teams.
- Foundational understanding of fraud laws, regulations, and financial services typologies.
Nice to have
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent certification (CAMS, CFCS).
- Securities license.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Prior experience in the tech sector or brokerage industry.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency investigative techniques.
