What you will do

• Drive product strategy, quarterly planning, and execution for a defined platform area.
• Lead and mentor a small team of product managers to ensure professional growth and delivery excellence.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized backlogs and actionable requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure quality, predictability, and alignment with roadmap commitments.
• Conduct product discovery and gather customer insights to validate and iterate on solutions.
• Support go-to-market readiness by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company.
• 1–3 years of people management experience.
• Proven industry experience in Martech or SEO.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), APIs, and modern software architectures.
• Proficiency in product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and able to work in a hybrid capacity from Toronto or Vancouver.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
