Salary: $153,000 - $230,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack tools to enable teams to develop and deploy internal AI-powered applications.
• Design and implement client- and server-side systems for scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions.
• Develop workflows for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iteration of agent development.
• Build internal AI products ranging from workflow automation to complex internal platforms.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to deliver reusable libraries, abstractions, and tooling.
• Ensure the reliability, usability, and long-term impact of AI applications across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration, or RAG-style patterns.
• Solid product and UX instincts for internal or enterprise-grade tools.
• Experience shipping production-grade systems within large codebases or monorepos.
• Must be able to work on-site in Menlo Park or Bellevue at least 3 days per week.
