What you will do

• Qualify sales opportunities by understanding technical and business requirements.
• Lead discovery calls and deliver high-impact product demos to prospective customers.
• Manage technical validation activities, including proof-of-concept exercises and pilot programs.
• Translate complex prospect use cases into technical solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Act as a key liaison between sales, the customer, and internal technical teams.
• Provide critical field feedback to product management to inform future development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical pre-sales for large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience working with Conversational AI.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions in terms of business value.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage cross-functional support.
• Located in Australia or eligible to work locally.
