What you will do

• Design and implement AI agents and extend their capabilities through advanced context management.
• Develop complex agent tools including computer and browser automation systems.
• Research and build architectures for multi-agent orchestration and tool calling.
• Build and maintain production-grade APIs and AI features across the full stack.
• Evaluate AI performance through rigorous testing to iterate on prompt and tool reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ship high-impact features for industry-leading clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Sydney, Australia for 3 days in office weekly
• Proven staff-level experience in full-stack development with a focus on production-ready AI applications.
• Deep proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of foundational models, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with software design, service architecture, and scalable system infrastructure.
• Passion for building tangible AI-enhanced user experiences.

Nice to have

• Prior startup experience in high-growth environments.
• Open-source contributions related to LLM tooling, RAG, or AI agents.
• Experience building or fine-tuning custom AI models.
