What you will do
- Take on challenges such as plan decomposition under ambiguous goals and memory-tier interference across concurrent sessions.
- Build reward curricula, rollout systems, and feedback loops for domain-specialized training.
- Build quality gates that block deploys when performance drops, integrated into CI from the start.
- Design multi-layered defenses against tool misuse, cascading action chains, and prompt injection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems with agent architectures that handle planning, tool dispatch, memory, and failure recovery.
- Experience building internal evals.
- Fluency in Python and PyTorch, plus experience with at least one agent framework.
Nice to have
- Genuine depth in RL for language models, including reward shaping and online/offline tradeoffs.
