hirify.global is building the open superintelligence stack, enabling anyone to create, train, and deploy frontier agentic models through a global compute control plane.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize infrastructure for end-to-end reinforcement learning at frontier scale.
• Collaborate on the development of secure sandboxes, verifiable evals, and async RL training stacks.
• Build and deploy agentic models adapted for real-world tools and workflows.
• Engage in open-ended technical problem solving across domains like distributed compute and cryptography.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco.
• Proven track record of building real systems or contributing significantly to open-source projects.
• Strong technical depth in AI, distributed systems, or cryptography.
• Ability to execute rapidly and think deeply about complex architectural challenges.
