What you will do

• Develop and maintain feature backlogs and roadmaps aligned with regional commercial strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between product development teams and regional commercial stakeholders.
• Manage go-to-market planning for product releases and assist with product demonstrations.
• Analyze product KPIs and customer trends to identify improvement opportunities and regional compliance requirements.
• Support product managers and UX teams in optimizing customer journeys to drive positive impact on commercial metrics.
• Take ownership of regional concerns within product development and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a product management, delivery, or related role for technology-powered products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational and influencing skills.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making, research, and testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.
• For LatAm-focused roles: Spanish or Portuguese proficiency and knowledge of LatAm iGaming markets are required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
• Relevant technical background.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools.
• Relevant academic degree or qualifications.
