TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or remote.

Salary: €5000–€7000 gross/month.

What you will do

  • Define and implement processes across inbound, outbound, partnerships, and retail channels.
  • Own B2B forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Structure the B2B team by defining roles, ownership, and accountability.
  • Run pipeline reviews and ensure consistent execution rhythm.
  • Identify risks and performance gaps, acting proactively to meet revenue targets.
  • Scale retail channels across international markets including EU, USA, and AU.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building structured sales teams and operational systems.
  • Strong leadership experience in B2B or commercial roles.
  • Experience selling or scaling hardware products.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, performance management, and data-driven reporting.
  • Ability to thrive and bring discipline to fast-growing environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and cross-functional stakeholder alignment skills.
