• Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar for the team.
• Shape retention and onboarding flows to improve patient health outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep experience in building and shipping consumer-facing mobile or web products.
• Proven track record as a technical lead, including architecture design and mentoring.
• Proficiency in the full stack development process.
• Strong experience or familiarity with React Native or cross-platform frameworks.
• Comfortable moving quickly in an early-stage startup environment.
• Must be based in the US to meet local operational requirements.
