TL;DR
AI Research Resident (AI): Contributing to state-of-the-art decentralized AI research and open-source AGI development with an accent on distributed systems, large-scale model training, and AI infrastructure. What you will do
- Collaborate with leading experts to develop open-source language models, coding agents, and scientific foundation models.
- Contribute to the protocol to enable massively scalable, distributed compute marketplaces.
- Gain hands-on experience deploying large-scale AI models using novel architectures across large GPU clusters.
- Publish original research papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences.
- Build and experiment with AI agents capable of autonomous software system construction.
Requirements
- Academic background in computer science, mathematics, physics, neuroscience, or a related technical field (PhD students, postdocs, or experienced engineers).
- Proven track record of exceptional technical contributions or research experience.
- Strong interest in transitioning into high-level AI research and development.
- Experience or deep interest in machine learning, distributed systems, or network protocols.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a research-oriented team environment.
